I am looking for a good solution for a knowledge hub that AI can access. The questions behind it: how do you connect a company's knowledge, and how do you control who can see what? I am currently testing agentmemory for this. For our quotes at Codeäffchen I built a dedicated AI skill.

A junior on our team is learning to build things directly with AI. It is impressive how quickly he solves even more complex requirements with it. What falls by the wayside: building up his own know-how and being able to judge what the AI actually did.

There is something new every day. To me it matters more to build something you can actually use and that runs reliably in production, just like in regular software development. We take on new things once there is real experience with them. For ourselves I like to try things quickly. For clients, especially in enterprise environments, I want something stable.
